The Retriever Press

Austin Thomas is an independent author and founder of The Retriever Press. The Infurstellar Chronicles began as a simple father-and-son writing challenge with his son, August. Together they filled an entire notebook one page at a time, taking turns building a universe that grew from a fun creative exercise into an epic space adventure.

Many of the story's characters are inspired by the animals that have shared their lives. Bob Barker, the family's loyal dog, inspired the courage and compassion of Admiral Barker, while Waffles the cat and many other beloved pets found their own place among the stars.
