Shipping policy

Orders from The Retriever Press are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment provider. Some physical products may be printed on demand, which requires additional production time before shipment. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable files, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
