Refund policy

Physical products purchased online from The Retriever Press may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fee is charged. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order information and, when applicable, photos of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after purchase, so cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable files, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds once purchased, although we will gladly assist with technical problems or incorrect files.
